Hands On Fun hosts children's parties in Charlotte, North Carolina. This page explains, in plain words, what information we receive from you and what we do with it.

What you share with us

This website has no visitor accounts. When you send the party form, we receive and keep the details you filled in:

• your name, your phone number and, if you add it, your email;
• the party date, the city or ZIP code and the venue;
• the number of children and their ages;
• the theme and any notes you add.

Form requests are stored with the service that hosts our website data, and only Hands On Fun can read them. If you write to us by WhatsApp, email or Instagram instead, those messages are also covered by the privacy policies of those services.

How we use it

We use this information only to answer you, prepare a quote and plan and host your party. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for advertising.

Photos of parties

Photos of children on this website and on our Instagram are published with the permission of their parents or guardians. If your child appears in a photo and you would like it removed, write to us and we will take it down.

Children's privacy

This website is meant for parents and other adults planning a party. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

Technical information

Like most websites, the companies that host this site and deliver its content may record basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the visit, to keep the service secure and working. Your browser may also keep a small copy of the page content to load it faster. We do not use this to identify you.

To understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies, does not follow you across other websites and does not identify you; we only see totals, such as the number of visits, the pages viewed, the type of device and the website you came from.

How long we keep it

We keep your request and our conversations for as long as needed to host your event and to answer questions afterwards. You can ask us to delete your messages and details at any time.
